The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and taxi rank. We also enjoyed the charming grounds and well-maintained pool area.

The noise from the street was quite bothersome, especially around New Year's. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool area.

Some hardware and amenities were outdated and in need of maintenance. Sheets and towels could have been of higher quality, and guests needed to ask for items like beach towels and toilet paper.

I had a wonderful time at Villas San Sebastian. The location near Playa La Ropa was perfect for enjoying the beach. My villa had a lovely outdoor area where I could have breakfast every day. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, and the staff were attentive and polite. The pool was a great place to relax and the view of the ocean from the patio was amazing. The property was well-maintained and had a great location. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the ocean from the patio. the kitchen was well-furnished, allowing us to cook our own meals. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of open restaurants and places to visit during our stay.

We were initially placed in a different villa than the one we had paid for, which was a bit disappointing. the lights around the pool area could use some fixing, as the yellow light gives the place a dated look.

That we didn't get the room we originally booked on the first night. the staff quickly resolved the issue and we were upgraded to a room with a superior view, better wifi signal, and less traffic noise for the rest of our stay.
